Professional semi-automatic corkers

All models of corking machine are manufactured entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel; the corking head is equipped with four ground and lapped jaws. Synthetic or natural corks with Ø 22, 24, 26 may be used and, on request, the machines may also be equipped for corks Ø 28 (except for the model TPF). The cork is inserted rapidly, in about 2 seconds, to create less pressure on the neck of the bottle. The maximum height of cork to be used with our corkers is 50mm.

The models "TPA", "TM" e "TMV" are equipped with a hopper with mechanical agitator to allow continuous cork feed.

TPA

In the model "TPA" the cork is inserted via a corking pin operated by a pneumatic piston.

 In the models "TM" and "TMV" the cork is inserted by a pin operated by a single-phase or three-phase 0.75 kW gear motor.

Unlike the model "TM", the model "TMV" has a device for vacuum corking or for introducing nitrogen.
